Confirm that the pages are current, complete, and intended for public use. Make someone responsible for updating dates and requirements. The content review matters as much as the technical installation.
3. Request free activation
Send your institution’s website and a work contact through our contact page. Tell us whether the institution is public, nonprofit, or military and that you are requesting free web access. The team will confirm the account and setup steps.

Your website administrator adds the platform’s embed code. Start with a manageable scope, review the answers and handoffs, and correct source information when something is missing.
Ask the team about usage, support, and campus scope before launch. Additional channels and private-system integrations are separate setup decisions.
